For complaints or feedback about the behaviour of SCHR staff:

The SCHR secretariat is hosted by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). As a result, any complaints about the behaviour of SCHR staff should be directed to report.concerns@ifrc.org. Integrity Line can also be used to report any alleged misconduct or integrity incident, such as corruption, fraud, sexual exploitation and abuse, harassment, unethical behaviour, child abuse, security incident, information security or staff health incidents - online on https://ifrc.integrityline.org, send an email to speakup@ifrc.integrityline.org, or call the relevant number (List of numbers here).

For complaints or feedback about SCHR representation, policy, advocacy, or any other aspect of our work:

In the first instance, these should be directed to the Executive Secretary, Gareth Price-Jones, at schr@ifrc.org or via Skype at garpricejones, who is always open to concerns and feedback about SCHR’s work, and empowered to address them. He will endeavour to respond within 14 days, and will normally respond much faster.

If the Executive Secretary is unable to address your concern, you may escalate your complaint to the chair of SCHR, currently Mr Andrew Morley, President of World Vision International. He can be reached directly at Andrew_morley@wvi.org and will also endeavour to respond within 14 days.

Please note: SCHR is unable to address complaints concerning its members.

If you have a complaint concerning any aspects of SCHR Member Organisations, including staff behaviour such as fraud, bullying, sexual exploitation or abuse, and other behaviours prohibited by their respective codes of conduct, please utilise the relevant complaints mechanism:
